You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including audio files, artwork, and metadata.
You confirm that:
– You own or control all rights to the content you distribute.
– The content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
– The content does not contain hate speech, explicit violence, or illegal material.

If any legal claim arises due to your content, you agree to indemnify and hold Safe Tune Music harmless from all liabilities.

💰 4. ROYALTIES & PAYMENTS
Royalties generated from digital platforms will be credited to your Safe Tune Music account.
Payments are made based on the terms outlined in your distribution agreement.
Minimum payout thresholds and payment methods may vary depending on region and platform.

🚫 5. TERMINATION & CONTENT REMOVAL
Safe Tune Music reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these Terms.
We also reserve the right to remove any content that violates copyright laws or platform guidelines without prior notice.

🔄 6. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
We may update, modify, or discontinue certain services at any time.
In such cases, Safe Tune Music will attempt to notify users through the website or email communication.
