CONTENT DELIVERY GUIDELINES FOR AUDIO STORES
These Content Delivery Guidelines outline the standards and compliance requirements for distributing audio content through Safe Tune Music to global Digital Service Providers (DSPs), including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, TikTok, and other streaming platforms.
Our goal is to ensure high-quality delivery, maximize monetization opportunities, and maintain long-term platform compliance.

AUDIO QUALITY STANDARDS
All audio files must meet professional mastering and technical requirements:
- Minimum WAV format (16-bit / 44.1 kHz or higher)
- No clipping, distortion, background noise, or excessive compression
- No low-bitrate MP3 submissions
- Proper fade-in/fade-out (no abrupt cuts)
- Final mastered version only (no demos or unfinished mixes)
Low-quality audio may be rejected before delivery.

ORIGINALITY & COPYRIGHT COMPLIANCE
Clients must confirm that:

- They own or control 100% distribution rights to the sound recording
- All samples, beats, and instrumentals are legally licensed
- No unauthorized remixes, mashups, or edits are included
- The content does not infringe third-party copyrights

METADATA ACCURACY
Accurate metadata is critical for platform approval and royalty tracking.
Clients must ensure:
- Correct artist name spelling and formatting
- No impersonation of well-known artists
- Accurate contributor credits (composer, lyricist, producer, etc.)
- Proper genre selection (no misleading categorization)
- No keyword stuffing in titles or artist fields
- Consistent release information across tracks
Incorrect or misleading metadata may result in rejection or takedown.

COVER ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Cover artwork must comply with DSP standards:
- Minimum 3000 x 3000 pixels (JPEG or PNG)
- No blurry, pixelated, or stretched images
- No social media handles, URLs, or contact details
- No platform logos (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
- No misleading artist names or promotional claims (“#1 Hit”, “Official”, etc.)
- No copyrighted images without permission
Artwork must accurately represent the release.

DUPLICATE & REPACKAGED CONTENT
The following may be rejected:
- Duplicate releases with minor metadata changes
- Previously distributed content under a different artist name
- Albums containing the same track multiple times
- “Deluxe” versions without substantial new content

RESTRICTED OR NON-ELIGIBLE CONTENT
Safe Tune Music will not deliver:
- Sound-alike recordings intended to imitate other artists
- Non-exclusive beats widely distributed online
- Generic background audio (nature sounds, white noise, rain loops) without originality
- Content promoting hate speech, violence, or illegal activity
- Public domain recordings without significant new creative input
All content must comply with international platform policies.

RELEASE SUBMISSION TIMELINE
- Content should be submitted at least 10–14 days before the intended release date
- Special campaigns or editorial pitching require earlier submission
- Release approval is subject to internal review and DSP validation
Safe Tune Music cannot guarantee playlist placement or editorial support.

CONTENT REVIEW & APPROVAL PROCESS
All submissions undergo internal quality control review.
Safe Tune Music reserves the right to:
- Reject releases that do not meet quality or compliance standards
- Request corrections before distribution
- Delay or suspend delivery pending verification
- Remove content that violates store policies after release

Monetization is subject to:
- Platform eligibility and compliance
- Accurate reporting by DSPs
- Absence of copyright disputes
Safe Tune Music is not responsible for revenue loss resulting from copyright claims, metadata errors, or platform-level enforcement actions.
